Where roadmaps meet reality: TAC 2025 is a working forum with customers to align Genero Enterprise on the decisions that matter most, from UX and data to AI in delivery.
What the TAC Is
The Four Js Technical Advisory Council (TAC) is a regional series of focused discussions between customer leaders and Four Js teams. The aim is simple: turn operational realities and emerging needs into a clearer, customer-centric Genero Enterprise roadmap. Think working sessions over presentations, with practical outcomes that inform near- and mid-term priorities.
Purpose: align on priorities, validate ideas, surface new requirements
Format: small cohort discussions, structured topics, documented outcomes
Privacy: conversations are closed-door; insights are synthesized without attribution
TAC Barcelona, october 2025.
2025 Program Window
TAC sessions run from September 23 to October 31, 2025 across multiple regions to reflect local contexts and constraints:
United States & Canada: Boston, MA
EMEA: Barcelona, Spain
LATAM: Mexico and Brazil
APAC: Sydney, Australia
In Barcelona, we piloted live AI-powered dubbing and subtitles in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish to lower language barriers and broaden participation.
What We Talk About
Themes reflect the realities of running and evolving mission-critical systems on Genero Enterprise. While agendas vary by region, AI is at the center of many conversations, alongside customer-driven priorities such as:
Roadmap collaboration and prioritization
Practical innovation that reduces risk and improves delivery
UX-UI and product usability for enterprise users
Operations, integration, and data topics raised by participants
How the TAC Works
TAC sessions are structured around a small set of topics and concrete questions. Participants share constraints, and desired outcomes. Four Js captures the signals and folds them into product and service planning.
Why It Matters
TAC embodies Four Js’ commitment to customer centricity. By grounding decisions in real-world use, we reduce blind spots, prioritize what unlocks the most value, and evolve Genero Enterprise in line with how teams actually build and operate mission-critical systems.
